About the event
Capacity: 6 people
Course fee: 5,000 yen (tax included), includes tea and light refreshments.
What to bring: Apron, hand towel, Tupperware (to put the cookies in and take them home if it rains and the icing doesn't dry).
Instructor: Yasuyo Serizawa, graduate of Ecole Tsuji Tokyo.
Worked as a pastry chef at a Western-style confectionery shop and restaurant (such as Table de Coudeau).
Licensed in icing cookies and macaron art.
